Hiking socks!

My oldest hiking socks are looking tatty - so I decided to make my own!


I have half a plan to wear them on holiday so they can meet the creatures they were made from (alpaca fibre from Pembrokeshire!)

As it happened, much fun was had with graph paper, working out how to sequence the numbers in the most interesting way for this. And masterofapath suggested I reversed the sequence each time I got to the end, rather than repeating in a linear fashion.

Anyone have any other famous sequences of numbers to use for sock stripes? :P :P
