Just saw a link to these from a spinning/weaving/dyeing mailing list I'm on.
What a strange beast!
Shape's darn strange. Also looks like the actual wheel bit is designed to point between your knees, not away from you.
Like the hand/foot-shaped bits, and the coloured examples are pretty :D
