Cold weather - migrant birds!

tictactoeponyWeekend snow was good for several reasons:
Defrosted freezer (put stuff outside)
*Mostly* managed to tidy understairs Cupboard of Doom
And - due to the cold, we saw some birds that we'd not seen on our property before. Redwings on the ivy in the front garden, and a blackcap in the back garden :)
As a bonus, Wheatsheaf Common has a collection of the muddiest, mot pathetic "snowmen" ever...
